  I like this Chili's in particular. Even though it is a chain, all Chili's are not always the same in execution. This place is ready to go every time I visit. Everything is clean and in good order. My family loves it. The service friendly and, the food is properly prepared. Everything comes out of the kitchen hot and tasty. I am never disappointed when I eat here.

  As you walk through the doors, the familiar sights, sounds, and smells of every other Chili's you've ever been to overtake your senses and pull you into that experience you came here for... the reason you chose Chili's. The chalkboard marquees announcing specials or a random slogan and photos hanging on the wall around every corner are there to make the ambiance complete, with latitude given for the local flare.
  That faithful menu which features the same recipes all across the country is waiting for you on the table; the specials, desserts and drinks card is standing at attention near the condiments, vying for your attention.
  This feels like home again. It reminds you of your last trip to Chili's or maybe your first trip. Your graduation/birthday/promotion party that was held at a Chili's in [insert city here], and it was so much [insert emotional response here] that it makes you miss [insert old friend/family member here]!
  This is what we expect from this type of restaurant. We want to be friends again. We sit down with family, no matter if we came alone or in a group. The waitress, every time I've gone she's the same one, and is attentive and on top of refills and any other needs the table may have. She works hard to make you enjoy your time spent there.
  It's been captured in Chesterfield - it's a good Chili's experience.

  The food was great. The service? Not so much. Our server was nice, but inattentive. The first drinks we were brought were correct. Refills were brought with our meal. The refills were the wrong drinks, and the server never came back for us to ask for them to be corrected. We sat there forever waiting for go boxes. I don't think we'll be returning to this location.
