  • Staff is not really into customer experience, but it's probably because it's McDonald's and they aren't making $15 an hour yet. Although, I will admit that if you catch them at the right moment, you can have them cracking up with you! Part of the experience is what you make it, so take some personal responsibility.
  
  • The food is...McDonald's.
  
  • The drive thru is faster than going inside.
  
  • The bathrooms aren't all that clean.
  
  • There is no 5 second rule!
  
  • If there is a playland (there is not at the Olive location), other children perform bodily functions inside the tubes. Do not be freaked out if it gets closed for cleaning pee, poop, or vomit while you are there, just take your child(ren) home for a good bath.
  
  • Ice cream cone for $1... you just can't pass that up!
