  I went there on 2/19 and ordered chicken noodle soup and a half sandwich. The soup was atrocious. All I got was a bowl of lukewarm broth without chicken, noodles or anything remotely resembling them. It was worse than terrible.

  Went through he drive-thru and they missed a third of our order. Called to notify and no apology was given. They are mailing me vouchers.

  Cabbage in a tortilla soup? Just way too many ingredients. It didn't help that I had ordered rapid pick up and they gave me a fork instead of a spoon. I was on my way to a game and didn't notice until I had arrived. So eating my cabbage soup with a fork was funny to watch I'm sure. Not a fan of this location. They want us to tip them but can't get my order right here? I feel like everyone wants us to tip them these days. Why don't we just stick to tipping the occupations that are supposed to tip and you pay your employees a better wage instead? Maybe they would do their jobs with more pride and consistentcy.

  I eat at St. Louis bread co 3-4 days per week and use the rapid order----every location BUT this one hands you the order through the drive thru---they just lost a loyal customer!!!
